Premier Early Years Training is an NCFE/CACHE accredited training provider that offers all levels of qualifications from 2 – 5 for both Early Years and Support Teaching and Learning courses.

As well as licence to practice qualifications, we offer a range of level 4 courses, such as PANCO, SENCO, IQA and CAVA qualifications.

All qualifications are taught through individual online workshops as well as observations in the setting by our team of qualified and supportive assessors.

Premier was started by Suzanne and Lisa in lockdown after 24 years of teaching, assessing, and moderating in the adult education sector. We have a great team of assessors around the country, who follow their ethos of supporting and nurturing their learners throughout their learning journey. We work with several small chains of nurseries and independent settings as their chosen training provider.

We adapt our teaching to meet the individual needs of our learners, whether they are on a career change or school leavers.
