Foundation Furniture Ltd was established in 2002 to provide quality assured, designer school furniture at competitive prices.

Originally, all our furniture was hand made to order. Today, however, we do hold stock of our most popular products. This enables us to provide an excellent service with good delivery timescales. If you do not see exactly what you require from our standard items, we can design furniture solutions that meet your requirements exactly.

All products are designed, whenever possible, with the relevant British and European standards in mind, covering design criteria, strength, stability and dimensions.

With over 40 years’ experience in furniture design, we have a vast amount of knowledge of the industry.

Our advisors from the education sector, collectively have over 130 years’ experience in playgroups, nurseries, Secondary and tertiary settings.

We manufacture furniture for educational establishments covering all ages from Pre-school nurseries, Reception & Key Stage 1/2 classes.

Library furniture from free standing units ordered directly from our web site to a full design, manufacture & install solution.

We do not have an order cut-off date throughout the year for delivery at a specific time – especially for deliveries over the summer. Because we manufacture, we have total control over delivery timescales. We are not a catalogue company or furniture dealer that relies on suppliers.
